When we consider Jesus’s coming,
but we forget that He had to leave where He was to come to where we are.
There is a “Back Story” to the baby in a manger.

In this Christmas series we reflect on the perfect relationship He left behind
to embrace the brokenness that our rebellion had inflicted upon His creation.
And think of the privileges and positions He set aside
so He could come to serve—when in reality He deserved to be served.
